Job Description

We are currently partnering with a reputable company to hire Customer Service Officer. (12 Months Contract)

Job opportunity:

  • Opportunity to work for a Reputable Company!
  • Salary up to $3000
  • 5.5 work days (Shift work)
  • Night Shift allowance up to $300 per month
  • 12 Months Contract
  • Location: Suntec Tower 2

The Talent:

  • Minimum O Levels graduate
  • At least 1 year of inbound call centre experience, ideally handling government projects
  • Comfortable with rotational shifts (including weekends and PHs)

Job Description

  • Handle first level enquires, primarily incoming calls through our hot-lines or other channels such as email and webchat
  • Understand customers needs and provide quick, accurate and satisfactory answers to their queries and concerns
  • Liaise with other support teams, or product teams as required to resolve requests/issues in a timely manner
  • Ensure proper documentation and notification to follow up of all incidents
  • Reach out to clients who leave callbacks
  • Handle emails as assigned by team leader
