Scope Of Work
. Assist passengers at counters with enquiries and bookings on transport arrangements.
. Provide accurate information on transport options, rates, and waiting times.
. Manage queues and ensure safe, smooth boarding at pick-up points.
. Advise passengers on alternative transport during peak periods.
Issue service forms and collect payments from drivers upon booking confirmation.
Requirements
. Team player with good interpersonal and communication skills.
. Able to use electronics devices e.g. tablets and walkie-talkies.
. Perform point of sales transactions.
. Customer centric and willing to go the extra mile.
. Able to operate in a fast-paced environment.
. Able to converse in English.
. Willing to perform shift work - 7pm to 7am or 7am to 7pm.
