Join us as a Customer Service Associate where you'll play a critical role in ensuring smooth inbound operations, system accuracy, and excellent customer experience.
What You'll Do
Inbound Operations & Documentation
- Manage and verify inbound documentation (receiving reports, stock cards, tally sheets) with high accuracy
- Ensure timely and accurate sharing of required inbound documents with customers
- Generate inbound summary reports in WMS to support inventory checks
- Maintain audit-ready documentation and ensure compliance with operational standards
Order & Process Coordination
- Prepare and review picklists with strong attention to detail
- Work closely with warehouse and operations teams to ensure accurate execution
- Validate inbound ASN creation in WMS to ensure data integrity
Systems & Inventory Management (SAP, WMS & AWS)
- Perform Goods Receipt (GR) in SAP accurately and on time
- Monitor stock levels, including expired inventory and inventory movements
- Track and reconcile inventory transactions across SAP and WMS
- Manage daily auto status reports (e.g., KCAP, KCW3)
- Gain exposure to AWS-based systems and digital tools supporting logistics operations
What We're Looking For
- Experience in Customer Service, Logistics, or Warehouse Operations
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling documentation
- Familiarity with SAP, WMS, or similar systems
- Good communication skills to engage customers and internal stakeholders
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- A proactive mindset with strong problem-solving skills
