직무 설명:

Job Responsibilities
- Process customer orders and shipment routings
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries related to shipment tracking, routings, quotations, and booking confirmations
- Handle import and export shipment documentation for Singapore and broader APAC operations
- Perform order processing and shipment management using MNX Transportation Management System (TMS) and CargoWise (C1)
- Coordinate shipments and manage day‑to‑day operational requirements to ensure smooth execution
- Process end‑to‑end Singapore airfreight import and export documentation (full cycle)
- Perform general administrative duties, including data entry and document filing
- Participate in company projects and carry out additional tasks as assigned
Job Requirements
- Possess a Diploma in Logistics/Supply Chain or related fields
- At least 1 year of freight forwarding experience preferred, though in-depth training will be provided to entry‑level candidates.
- Prior experience in critical logistics, cold chain operations, biopharmaceuticals, medical devices, or clinical trials logistics is an advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
- Prior experience with CargoWise or ParcelLogic TMS is an advantage
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Willing to work on rotating shift (whereby off/rest day may not necessarily be on weekends).
- Comfortable to support overtime where required
