As Customer Support Associate, you'll be the friendly and reassuring first point of contact for customers. You will:
- Handle enquiries and appointment requests via phone, email, and live chat
- Provide timely, accurate and warm service that makes customers feel heard
- Deepen your sense of empathy as every interaction you make helps someone access the healthcare they need
- Be a problem solver by working across various departments to ensure smooth and efficient issue resolution
- Be a strong team player and able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Play a key role in enhancing our overall customer experience

What You Bring
- Clear and confident communication with excellent phone etiquette
- Service-oriented mindset and a desire to help others
- Proficient typing speed, and active listening skills
- Willingness to work a 5.25-day week (alternate half-day Saturdays)
- 1 year of customer service or call centre experience is a plus
- Ability to converse in other languages (Mandarin/Malay/Tamil) is a plus
Your Qualifications
- GCE O/A Levels or Polytechnic Diploma
- Candidates with more experience may be considered for a Senior Customer Support Associate position
