Job Description

We are looking for a friendly and reliable Customer Service Assistant (Part-Time / Internship / Student Job) to support our daily client communication and office operations. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy interacting with people, providing helpful information, and supporting a small, welcoming team.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer enquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, and email in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Make simple outbound calls to follow up with interested clients and provide course or service information.
  • Support day-to-day office operations such as data entry, updating records, and maintaining the client database.
  • Assist in preparing quotations, invoices, and coordination paperwork for clients.
  • Help schedule appointments, arrange meetings, and coordinate administrative activities.
  • Maintain consistent follow-ups with potential and existing clients to ensure smooth communication.
  • Provide general administrative and customer support to the team, including other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Open to undergraduates and recent graduates from any field.
  • Good communication skills (both spoken and written).
  • Comfortable speaking on the phone and engaging with customers.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
  • Friendly, responsible, and service-oriented.
  • Able to work independently, organised, and eager to learn.
  • Can start immediately long-term commitment is an advantage.
