About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Service Assistant to support our Customer Service Team. This role focuses on data creation, entry and documentation, and ensuring smooth daily operations by handling customer inquiries.
Responsibilities
- Assist in data creation, data entry and maintenance of customer jobs and records in internal system
- Support Customer Service team in processing orders, service requests, and related documentation
- Handle basic customer inquiries via phone, email and messaging platforms in a prompt and professional manner, and direct them to the relevant personnel when required
- Provide administrative support, including filing, document preparation and report generation
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness of all data entries and records
- Coordinate with internal departments to support customer service operations
- Perform general administrative duties as assigned by the team
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of customer service experience (courier/logistics industry an advantage)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Good communication, organisational and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task
- Customer-focused with a positive and service-oriented attitude
- Team player with the ability to work independently when required
Other Information
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am-6pm
- Working Location: Redhill
- Salary Range: $2,300-$2,500 depending on experience
