Job Description
- Providing assistance in answering inquiries and resolving issues (through the carpark intercom calls)
- Assigning feedback and complaints to Mobile Parking Wardens and Site Managers
- Monitoring the car park systems, ensuring their functionality and escalating issues to the Site Manager
- Providing assistance in generating and compilating of reports
- Assisting in season parking matters and administrative duties
- Assisting in any ad-hoc assigned duties
Job Requirement
- Possess GCE N / O Level and above
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience in a fast pace working environment
Rotating Shift Work Schedule
- Rotating shift (Morning, Afternoon & Night)
- 6 days work, 2 days off.
- 8 hours per shift
