The successful candidate will be the primary point of contact for customers regarding coffee machine after-sales support and maintenance. You will play a vital role in ensuring a seamless repair and service experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Liaison: Handle incoming inquiries via phone and email regarding coffee machine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair requests.
Service Coordination: Manage the end-to-end repair process, including scheduling and coordinating the collection and delivery of machines between customers and our service center.
Logistics Coordination: Liaise with internal technicians and external logistics partners to ensure timely pick-ups and returns.
Case Management: Maintain accurate records of service history, repair status, and customer communications in our system.
Administrative Support: Prepare service quotations, process service invoices, and handle basic administrative tasks related to the after-sales department.
Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Customer Service, Logistics Coordination, or After-Sales support. Experience with household appliances or coffee machines is a plus.
Communication: Excellent command of English (written and spoken). Proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage to communicate with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.
Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and Outlook).
Attributes: Highly organized, patient, and able to handle customer inquiries with a professional attitude.
Availability: Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet service deadlines.
Work Location: Near Bishan MRT / Central Area.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM.
Salary Range: $2,300 - $2,800 (Commensurate with experience).
