Office located at Kovan

Job Description and Responsibilities:

Admin:

  • Attend to customers enquiries on our services and requirements through various channels such as phone calls, emails and text messages
  • Address any complaints or issues faced by customers and resolve them in an effective and timely manner
  • Establish good rapport and support to customers
  • Involves with the Operations of bus fleet/ job taskings
  • Data Entries
  • Front desk and administration duties
  • Ad hoc administrative duties assigned

Requirements

Positive working attitude

Able to wok independently and take up new challenges

Proficient in English and Mandarin or other dialects

Working hours: 0900 - 1800 (Mondays-Fridays)
