Handle
- end-to-end policy servicing and transactions via phone and email within service standards
- Respond to customer enquiries and provide timely support
- Process policy transactions, refunds, and receipting activities
- Support credit control for commercial insurance policies
- Ensure accuracy and efficiency in all pre-sales and after-sales service activities
- Track and prepare monthly management reports and statements of accounts
- Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) in daily operations
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders (e.g. Underwriters, Claims, Finance, IT, Banks, and intermediaries)
- Support process improvements and service enhancements to improve efficiency and customer experience
- Assist in system testing and implementation of business requirements when needed
- Work towards individual and team KPIs
- Perform any other duties as assigned
