Job Description

Handle

  • end-to-end policy servicing and transactions via phone and email within service standards
  • Respond to customer enquiries and provide timely support
  • Process policy transactions, refunds, and receipting activities
  • Support credit control for commercial insurance policies
  • Ensure accuracy and efficiency in all pre-sales and after-sales service activities
  • Track and prepare monthly management reports and statements of accounts
  • Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) in daily operations
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders (e.g. Underwriters, Claims, Finance, IT, Banks, and intermediaries)
  • Support process improvements and service enhancements to improve efficiency and customer experience
  • Assist in system testing and implementation of business requirements when needed
  • Work towards individual and team KPIs
  • Perform any other duties as assigned
