We are a well-established and customer-focused automotive business committed to delivering exceptional service and high-quality vehicle solutions. Due to continued growth, we are looking for a friendly, organised, and proactive Customer Service Advisor to join our dynamic team.
As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring a professional and positive experience from enquiry to completion of service. You will liaise between customers and our workshop/technical team to ensure clear communication and outstanding service delivery.
Greet customers and manage incoming calls and service enquiries
Schedule vehicle servicing, MOTs, and repairs
Accurately record customer and vehicle information
Provide clear explanations of work required and associated costs
Prepare job cards and coordinate with technicians
Keep customers updated on vehicle progress
Handle invoicing and process payments
Resolve customer queries and complaints professionally
Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction
Previous experience in a customer service role (automotive experience desirable but not essential)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
Confident using computer systems and booking software
Professional, positive, and customer-focused attitude
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
