The company will be looking to support our clients in their business operations across the region. The company over the past years has implemented many successful solutions and programs with our clients and partners, besides advising general insurance solutions for client's corporate insurance policies.
Job Summary
You will provide comprehensive general insurance solutions by managing client enquiries, obtaining competitive quotations, coordinating renewals, and supporting claims processes to ensure client satisfaction and smooth policy management.
Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to client enquiries to provide accurate general insurance information and solutions
- Obtain and compare competitive insurance quotations tailored to client preferences, budgets, and benefit choices
- Liaise with insurers to request, clarify, and follow up on quotations, policy issuance, and client requests
- Coordinate insurance policy renewals by following up with clients and insurers to ensure timely coverage placement
- Advise clients on claims procedures, notify insurers, track claim progress, and manage case documentation until final settlement
- Set clear expectations with clients and resolve any issues to maintain positive customer relationships
- Collaborate with stakeholders, business partners, and vendors to support product campaigns and promotional activities
- Identify and develop new business prospects and activities to expand client base and insurance solutions offered
- Maintain organized records of client interactions, quotations, renewals, and claims for efficient service delivery
- Work a 5.5-day work week to support client needs and company operations
