- Position : Customer Service/ Admin Assistant (Retail)
- Location : Near Jurong East MRT
- Working hours : 5 days (Tuesday- Saturday, Weekday :11.30am-8.30pm, Sat: 12.30pm-6.30pm, Monday & Sunday off)
- Salary : Up to $2500 + AWS + Performance bonus + 12 Annual Leave
- Duration : Permanent

Main Responsibilities:
- Handle feedback in the most appropriate manner
- General customer service & maintain customer records
- Order Processing & inventory management
- Arrange delivery to customer
- Maintain the general cleanliness of the showroom
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Requirements:
- Product and Market Knowledge (No experience is welcome as training will be provided)
- Quality Focus, good problem solving skills
- Proficient in MS office - Word and Excel, Outlook WebApp
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Works effectively both independently and as a team player
