Job Description
- Design and maintain workflows and reporting tools to support monthly and quarterly sales activities, including performance tracking, inventory updates, tender submissions, and forecasting.
- Administer the sales incentive program by gathering relevant data, calculating payouts, and coordinating with stakeholders.
- Serve as a key contact for data collection and consolidation to support both local and global projects-strong analytical skills required.
- Provide project coordination support such as scheduling, documenting meetings, tracking action items, and liaising with stakeholders to ensure progress.
- Manage data input and process flows within internal systems like Companion and Ariba.
- Assist with financial processes such as petty cash handling, travel reimbursements, invoicing, and payment coordination for the Singapore office and Asia South team.
Customer Service & Logistics Support
- Provide operational support for logistics and customer service across assigned markets.
- Manage the end-to-end sales order process including order creation, validation, exception handling, and shipment coordination.
- Respond to customer inquiries and follow up on order confirmations, changes, cancellations, and backorders.
- Ensure timely delivery by coordinating shipment documentation and logistics.
- Maintain strong communication and collaboration with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth order processing.
Office Relocation Coordination
- Lead and manage office relocation projects, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
- Handle documentation, vendor coordination, asset transfer, and compliance with company policies.
- Support lease handover, final inspections, and closure of previous premises.
- Communicate relocation plans and provide logistical support to staff throughout the transition.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Customer Service Admin and Operations Officer should have:
- At least 3 years of experience in customer service operations and/or logistics.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in SAP and tools for data management and reporting is a plus.
