Job Description

  • To manage site office and HDB Building Service Centre, attend to resident's feedback and complaints.
  • Interact with residents to maintain good relationship.
  • Assist on phone calls and emails to answer resident's enquiries.
  • Make appointment for resident to attend inspection with BSC (Building Service Centre) team.
  • Liaison with consultants and HDB officers.
  • Prepare and manage correspondence, reports and documents.
  • Maintain & upkeep of Information Centre & BSC.
  • Organize and coordinate meetings, conferences.
  • Provide admin support to the project team.

Job Requirments

  • Diploma in related field.
  • At least 2 years experience as CRO or project Site Admin
  • Good command of English in order to liaise with relevant government agencies.
  • Proven Office 365 experience - Excel, Word, Power Point and Outlook.
  • Willing to work 5.5 days at HDB construction site.
