Customer Relationship Manager

Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries about products, pricing, availability, and orders.
• Prepare quotations, invoices, and sales documents.
• Coordinate with sales, warehouse, logistics, and finance teams.
• Provide timely payment, shipment, and delivery updates.
• Handle feedback, complaints, returns, and warranty requests.
• Maintain accurate customer and order records.

Requirements

• Customer service, sales support, or automotive experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrates patience and responsibility for work
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office CRM or ERP experience is an advantage.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin
