Job Description

Platform Operation Management

- Responsible for the platform's daily operations and monitoring the normal functioning of all its features

- Manage user registration and enterprise authentication review processes to ensure quality and efficiency

- Handle user inquiries, complaints, and disputes to maintain a positive user experience

- Coordinate cross-departmental collaboration to optimize operational processes

2. Content and Activity Management

- Plan and execute online marketing campaigns to boost user engagement and participation

- Manage platform content updates, including procurement requirements, container pooling projects, and service provider information

- Maintain platform data quality to ensure information accuracy and timeliness

3. Data Analysis and Optimization

- Regularly analyze platform operation data (user growth, order volume, conversion rate, etc.)

- Develop and implement operational optimization strategies based on data analysis results

- Prepare operational reports to present key metrics and trends to management

4. User Support and Service

- Provide platform usage guidance and training for new users

- Assist users in resolving technical issues and business queries during usage

- Collect user feedback to drive product feature improvements

5. Partner Coordination

- Maintain good communication with service providers (freight forwarders, customs clearance, insurance, etc.)

- Coordinate vendor onboarding review and service quality monitoring

- Assist in managing complex business processes such as escrow transactions and container pooling projects

Job Requirements:

Educational Background:

- Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Marketing, Business Administration, International Trade or related fields

Work Experience:

- 1-4 years of experience in internet platform operations, with B2B e-commerce or cross-border trade platform experience preferred

- Experience in user operations, event planning, or customer service

Skill Requirements:

- Proficient in using data analysis tools (Excel, Google Analytics, etc.)

- Possesses strong data sensitivity and analytical capabilities

- Excellent communication and coordination skills, capable of cross-departmental collaboration

- Fluent in English and Mandarin (spoken and written)

- Proficient in Microsoft Office software

- Strong sense of responsibility, meticulous in work, able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously

- Strong learning ability, capable of quickly adapting to new business and systems
