Job Responsibilities

  • Resident Engagement: Act as the main point of contact for residents, addressing inquiries, complaints, and feedback.
  • Defects Management: Monitor and update residents on the status of defect rectifications.
  • Appointment Scheduling: Arrange inspections with the Building Service Centre (BSC) team.
  • Liaison Work: Coordinate with HDB, Town Council, consultants, and subcontractors.
  • Administrative Duties: Prepare reports, manage correspondence, and maintain records.
  • Public Relations: Write notices to inform residents about construction activities.
  • Site Coordination: Work with site supervisors to schedule rectification work.
  • Information Centre Management: Maintain and upkeep the service centre.
