Customer Relations Officer (REF.GTN)

# 5.5 days, Office Hours (Mon - Sat)

A healthcare service provider is currently seeking a candidate to join them as a Customer Relations Officer.

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle customer and patient enquiries, complaints, and appointment bookings via call centre and web portal systems.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and up-to-date information through incoming calls and emails.
• Conduct outbound calls to achieve service targets and follow-up requirements.
• Exercise initiative and professionalism in resolving issues, clarifying information, and gathering customer feedback.

Job Requirements:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience
