- Working Hours: Monday to Friday: 8:30am - 5:00pm, Saturday: 8:30am - 1:00pm
A leading provider of community healthcare services is seeking to hire a dynamic individual to join their team.
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle customer enquiries and feedback professionally via incoming calls/ emails
- Provide accurate, timely, and up-to-date information on services, appointments etc
- Manage appointment bookings and related administrative tasks through internal systems and web portals.
- Resolve customer concerns efficiently, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Conduct outbound calls to follow up on enquiries, appointments, and customer feedback.
- Proactively communicate with customers to provide updates, clarify information, and address issues.
- Maintain high service standards while achieving individual and team performance targets.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum GCE O Level / Diploma holders
- At least 2 years of relevant experience candidates with experience in a healthcare setting will be advantageous
- Computer literate, preferably in MS Office, Excel, Word etc.
- Good interpersonal and conversational skills
