Job Description

  • Working location - Eastern part of Singapore
  • Salary up to S$3300 per month
  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday: 8:30am - 5:00pm, Saturday: 8:30am - 1:00pm

A leading provider of community healthcare services is seeking to hire a dynamic individual to join their team.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer enquiries and feedback professionally via incoming calls/ emails
  • Provide accurate, timely, and up-to-date information on services, appointments etc
  • Manage appointment bookings and related administrative tasks through internal systems and web portals.
  • Resolve customer concerns efficiently, ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Conduct outbound calls to follow up on enquiries, appointments, and customer feedback.
  • Proactively communicate with customers to provide updates, clarify information, and address issues.
  • Maintain high service standards while achieving individual and team performance targets.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum GCE O Level / Diploma holders
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience candidates with experience in a healthcare setting will be advantageous
  • Computer literate, preferably in MS Office, Excel, Word etc.
  • Good interpersonal and conversational skills
