Customer Relations Officer - Golf Driving Range

What You'll Do:

As the first point of contact, you'll help guests enjoy a smooth and enjoyable experience by:

.Welcoming guests with a warm and professional attitude

.Assisting with enquiries, bookings and check-ins

.Processing payments and equipment rentals

.Providing information about our facilities, memberships, promotions and events

.Supporting event bookings and simple administrative duties

.Handling guest feedback professionally and escalating issues where necessary

.Working closely with our golf, café and operations teams to deliver excellent service

.Keeping the reception area organised and presentable

We're Looking For Someone Who:

.Enjoys meeting and helping people

.Communicates confidently and professionally

. Can stay organised while handling multiple tasks

. Is responsible, positive and willing to learn

. Is comfortable using computers and Microsoft Office

.Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment

Requirements:

. Able to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays

. Customer service or hospitality experience is an advantage but not essential

. Ability to communicate in English. Spoken Mandarin is an advantage for serving Mandarin-speaking customers and liaising with Mandarin-speaking vendors.

. Interest in golf, sports or leisure is a bonus
