We are looking for a Customer Relations Officer (CRO) to support HDB construction and upgrading projects. The CRO will serve as the main point of contact between residents, contractors, and authorities, ensuring smooth communication and timely resolution of resident feedback throughout the project duration.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary liaison for residents, handling feedback and complaints related to construction activities (e.g. noise, dust, access issues).
Prepare and distribute circulars, notices, letters, and flyers to inform residents of work schedules and project updates.
Coordinate unit inspections and manage defect reporting, follow-up, and closure with technical teams.
Support site office operations, documentation, and preparation of weekly/monthly reports.
Organise site visits, attend dialogue sessions, and liaise with HDB, Town Councils, and Residents Committees.
Requirements
Minimum GCE O-Level or NITEC qualification.
2-3 years of relevant experience in HDB projects (BTO / HIP preferred).
Good communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Patient, proactive, and customer-oriented.
WSQ Certificate in Service Excellence is an advantage.
