Job Description
The Customer Relations Officer handles customer enquiries, supports service requests, and ensures a smooth experience before and after the sale. The role involves daily communication with customers, coordinating with internal teams, and resolving issues in a timely and professional way.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, or walk-ins.
- Update customer records, service status, and follow-up actions in the system.
- Assist with appointments, bookings, or service arrangements.
- Handle feedback and complaints and escalate cases when required.
- Coordinate with operations, sales, and finance teams to close customer requests.
- Prepare basic service documents such as forms, invoices, or reports.
- Track pending cases and follow up until completion.
- Maintain a positive customer experience and promote service standards.
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Degree and above in any field
- General Insurance experience (with BCP, PGI and ComGI Cert) and navigation of insurance portals are an added advantage
- Entry candidate with the right skill sets and attitude are welcome to apply
- Proficient in speaking both English and Mandarin (for liaison with Mandarin speaking customers)
- Possess relevant experience in call center or customer service environment preferred
- Know how to genuinely have fun in an environment charged with people energy
- 5.5 days work per week Mon-Fri : 9am-6pm Sat : 9am-1pm
