As a Customer Relations Officer in Chiropractic First Group, your primary responsibility is to our valued customers who are satisfied, and delighted with our products and services.

You will be the bridge between our company and our customers, working tirelessly to build strong relationships, address concerns, and provide exceptional customer experiences. In this role, you will be the ultimate staff for customer happiness, striving to exceed their expectations lasting positive impression.

Job Description:

  • Handle and manage enquiries from walk-ins, phone calls.
  • Manage patient's appointments and treatment schedules.
  • Address and manage patient's needs, care and concerns efficiently and effectively in clinic.
  • Proactively build rapport and establish good relationships with customers to ensure customer retention and satisfaction.
  • Interactive engagements with customers during events, corporate talks, roadshows and clinics.
  • Deliver product knowledge to potential patients through effective communication to increase consumer understanding.
  • Promote products, services and packages to maximize sales opportunities where necessary.
  • Capture photos and testimonials for social media posting for the clinic.
  • Manage and maintain the clinic tidiness and cleanliness.
  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirement:

  • 2 to 3 years of experience in customer service or customer relations.
  • Outstanding oral & written communication with great interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Extrovert & outspoken personality.
  • Able to commit to retail working hours including weekends & Public Holidays.
