Customer Quality Engineer / Snr

Requirements

• Diploma/ Degree in Mechanical Engineering / Quality Control / Management Study

• Min 3 years experience on Product Quality Assurance in the Manufacturing

• Possess good knowledge in management and implementation of quality systems (ISO 9000/14000)

• Bilingual in English and Mandarin

• Team player, positive work attitude, good interpersonal and communication skills

• Familiar with Quality tools such as SPC, Cpk, GR&R, DOE and FMEA

Responsibilities

• Handle customer feedback, queries, complaints and audit, control run, engineering changes and ensure effective close-loop corrective actions

• Manage First Article(FA) to ensure smooth submission of FA and conformance to customer requirements

• Support new product launch and volume production quality

• Plan and drive continuous quality improvement programs

• Hold Material Review Board meeting with manufacturing, engineering and outgoing to dispose customer return

• Co-ordinate with VQE/SQE to drive local and overseas vendor to close corrective action as requested by customer

• Any task assigned by the superior and higher authority
