Customer Quality Engineer

Our Client:

• MNC - Manufacturing - Electronics

• Office hours, 5 days (8:30am-5:30pm)

• Jurong East

• UP $6,000 + completion bonus!

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide quality support for display products, screen/monitors, or related electronics while serving as the key liaison between the company and the customer to address and resolve issues.

• Manage and monitor the customer's KPIs, including customer complaint rates and yield rates.

• Handle and track quality-related anomalies and customer feedback, while applying appropriate quality methods and tools and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Quality Engineering / Quality Management, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical & Electronic Engineering, or a related discipline.

• At least 3 years of Customer Quality experience in Electronics Manufacturing.

• Candidate must be willing to travel overseas at least twice a year for business purposes.
