Key Responsibilities
- Research & Analysis: Conduct in-depth desktop research on market trends, corporate governance, and industry developments synthesize complex information into structured briefs and executive summaries
- Content Production & Editing: Draft, edit, and proofread investment memos, client communications, and policy documents ensure absolute consistency in tone, terminology, and grammatical precision
- Quality Control: Perform rigorous fact-checking, citation verification, and data validation maintain zero-tolerance standards for typographical or factual errors
- Documentation Management: Maintain organized archives of research materials, meeting minutes, and version-controlled document drafts
- Stakeholder Liaison: Coordinate with external vendors, academic sources, and media contacts (as needed) with professional written correspondence
Requirements
- Academic Background: Bachelor's degree in English Literature, History, Philosophy, Linguistics, Classics, or related Humanities disciplines (Honors preferred)
- Written English:Exceptional written English demonstrated through academic thesis, published articles, or professional writing samples (submissions required) candidates with grammatical errors in application materials will be automatically disqualified
- Attention to Detail: Proven ability through academic research, editing roles, or quality control experience must demonstrate obsession with precision (e.g., editing certifications, academic grading experience, research assistantships)
