Job Scope:
- Support the transition of system by handling public enquiries and feedback on system installation and related matters.
- Respond to calls and written queries with accurate information in line with current policies and operational updates.
- Resolve cases promptly and provide insights from public feedback to support service improvements.
Requirements:
- Experience in feedback management, customer service, or operations support.
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented, resilient, and able to manage challenging interactions professionally.
