Job Description

This is a virtual role unless you are needed to be present a certain livestreams.

About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Operations & Platform Coordination Executive to join our team. You will be the bridge between our customers, internal teams, and online platforms, ensuring smooth operations and excellent customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Respond promptly to customer enquiries across all channels and ensure a smooth customer experience.

Coordinate internally with logistics, operations, warehouse, and platform partners to fulfill customer and corporate orders.

Support live streaming sessions and liaise with influencers to ensure accurate product information and promotions.

Manage orders, inventory, and product listings across multiple sales platforms.

Handle customer complaints professionally and follow up to ensure satisfactory resolution.

Provide updates and reports to management on operations, customer requests, and issues.

What We're Looking For:

Excellent communication skills in English

Highly proactive and detail-oriented

Ability to multitask and manage multiple platforms and requests

Experience in customer service, e-commerce, or operations is a plus
