Customer IT Support Representative (12hr NightShift, 2days On/Off Roster)

• Contact Centre Experience
• Customer Service Skills
• Ability to Multitask
• Ability to handle difficult customers
• Willing to work on weekends and Public holidays
• Ability to draft a professional email response back to the customer
• Familiar with smart TV operation and handphone application ( download application / install/uninstall)
• Familiar with internet surfing on the PC
• Basic troubleshooting of PC and software
• Working Hours / 830pm-8.30 am
• Mandarin Speaking preferred.

Eligibility: Local/PR
Fixed Allowance: $20 (communication) + $200 (Shift)
Employment Type: 2-year Contract (Renewable)
Working Hours:

• 8:30 PM - 8:30 AM (12-hour night shift)
• 2 days work, 2 days off rotating schedule
• Required to work weekends and Public Holidays based on roster
