Job Description

Our client is a leading Consumer Electronics Company, which has embarked on growing their APAC Business.

They are looking to hire Consumer Insights Manager, SEA, reporting to the Business Head. This role leads an important role in driving its online presence and business.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct qualitative and quantitative on-line & off-line market research and analyze consumer behavior across SEA markets
  • Close collaborations with cross-functional teams to align insights with the business objectives and execution
  • Drive data-backed insights and uncover growth opportunities that shape marketing strategies, product innovation, and strategic decision-making.
  • Monitor and be in trends with the SEA's competitive market landscape and consumer evolution and deliver regular reports.

Requirements
You will possess a relevant Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in formal business qualifications. You will have a minimum of 6 years of consumer insights, market research, or data analytics experience. You should have strong network and resources in local business analytics, as well as experience working with qualitative and quantitative research agencies. You should have strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel, SPSS, Power BI or similar tools
