Responsibilities:
. Manage hotlines enquiries and provide front-desk / counter support, ensuring a positive customer experience.
. Respond to enquiries promptly and professionally, and direct matters to the appropriate department when necessary.
. Support daily office operations and coordinate administrative activities to ensure efficiency.
. Provide administrative support, including coordinating and managing CEA property record submissions.
. Update and monitor pending submissions to ensure timely follow-up and completion.
. Liaise with internal teams to ensure submissions are accurate and completed within stipulated timelines.
. Perform other ad hoc administrative and operational duties as assigned.
Requirements:
. Diploma or equivalent qualification.
. Prior experience in customer service, administrative, or support roles preferred.
. Strong command of spoken and written English, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace applications (especially Excel, Google Sheets, and Google Docs).
. Strong organisational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
. Excellent interpersonal skills and a professional, customer-focused mindset.
