- Provide outstanding customer service by swiftly responding to customer and partner inquiries via tickets, email, and live chat.
- Professionally handle a high volume of client requests with efficiency.
- Regularly evaluate and propose enhancements to processes, working in collaboration with Team Leads or Managers as required.
- Uphold stringent standards of integrity and confidentiality, ensuring customer data is always secure.
- Meet personal and team objectives, including Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Tackle office administrative duties as necessary.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
- Strong command of written and spoken English for assisting English-speaking customers and fluency in Mandarin for liaising with stakeholders from various regions.
- Robust analytical skills and adept problem-solving abilities.
- Capability to thrive in challenging environments and effectively manage stress.
