Responsibilities:

- Support and manage customer loyalty and ambassador programs.
- Utilize AI and automation tools to enhance customer engagement and operational efficiency.
- Coordinate customer engagement activities across global markets.
Requirements:
- Comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT or similar platforms to enhance productivity.
- Training provided, while relevant customer service, marketing, or customer experience background would be an advantage.
