What You Will Do

  • Design and maintain a centralized VoC data infrastructure by integrating support systems (e.g., Zendesk), review platforms, and feedback channels into a unified, searchable repository.
  • Build and automate data ingestion pipelines using APIs and workflow tools to ensure reliable, secure, and near real-time availability.
  • Develop and maintain a structured VoC data model and metadata schema to enable trend analysis, LLM-based tagging, and cross-channel search.
  • Partner with Product, Support, Ops and Engineering teams to operationalize VoC insights through routing workflows, issue tracking synchronization, and measurable follow-up mechanisms.
  • Own day-to-day VoC system health: monitor system performance, data accuracy, and automation reliability; proactively resolve integration issues and optimize scalability.

Qualifications

  • Strong builder mindset with systems thinking: able to translate ambiguous operational needs into structured data models, automation logic, and scalable workflows.
  • Hands-on experience building and maintaining cross-platform automations using APIs, workflow tools (e.g., Zapier), and basic scripting; comfortable debugging integration failures.
  • Working understanding of customer feedback ecosystems (Zendesk/Intercom, App Store/Google Play, e-commerce reviews, community platforms) and awareness of data bias and context limitations.
  • Experience in Technical Operations, Data Infrastructure, Support Systems, or similar roles, with demonstrated ownership of automation or integration projects.
  • Clear written communication in English, capable of documenting system logic, taxonomy rules, and cross-functional workflow designs.
