Our client is a global experience innovation company, originally founded in France and now operating across major markets worldwide.

They partner with ambitious brands to design, build, and optimise digital experiences that connect business goals with real customer needs.

They are now looking for a Customer Experience Lead to help shape the next generation of experience strategy across complex client environments.

This role will suit someone who brings deep expertise in UX/UI, human-centred design, and experience strategy, and who can turn insight into practical, high-impact solutions.

The Role

• Lead customer experience thinking across end-to-end journeys, from discovery through to delivery.
• Shape UX/UI and experience strategy for complex digital products and services.
• Champion human-centred design principles across projects and stakeholder conversations.
• Work closely with internal teams and client stakeholders to define better experiences and stronger outcomes.
• Translate research, insight, and business needs into clear experience direction.
• Influence senior decision-makers and help guide teams toward best-in-class execution.

About You

• 15+ years experience in customer experience, UX/UI, experience strategy, service design, or a related discipline.
• Strong background in human-centred design and customer-first thinking.
• Confident leading strategic conversations and shaping experience at both concept and delivery stages.
• Able to work across multidisciplinary teams and bring clarity to complex challenges.
• Commercially aware, collaborative, and comfortable operating in a senior client-facing environment.
• Passionate about creating experiences that are intuitive, meaningful, and effective.
