Requirements:
- Experience in customer service/call centre will be highly preferred
- Min A Level and above
Job scope:
- Handling real-time customer support queries
- Providing assistance to passengers via hotline/tickets
- Resolving delays route, confusion and other related issues
- Ensuring and reassuring clear communications to relevant parties
- Manaing support channels and follow up with passengers support tickets
- Act as the first responder for passengers and other adhoc assigned
