Customer Experience Associate
We are looking for a friendly, service-oriented and motivated Customer Experience Associate to join our retail team. You will play an important role in providing customers with a positive shopping experience by understanding their needs, recommending suitable products and delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Recommend suitable eyewear frames and/or sunglasses based on customers preferences and needs.
- Provide excellent customer service and assist customers throughout their shopping experience.
- Cross-sell and upsell relevant products to meet customers needs and support sales objectives.
- Develop good product knowledge to confidently explain product features, benefits and available options.
- Communicate ongoing promotions, discounts and sales offers clearly to help customers make informed purchasing decisions.
- Handle customers enquiries, feedback and complaints in a professional and service-oriented manner.
- Maintain the cleanliness, tidiness and overall presentation of the retail outlet.
- Assist with general retail operations and daily store activities.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Branch Manager.
Requirements
- Customer-oriented with a friendly and positive attitude.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable interacting with customers and recommending products.
- Sales or retail experience will be an advantage.
- Able to work well independently and as part of a team.
- Willing to work retail hours, weekends and public holidays where required.
- Candidates without prior optical retail experience are welcome to apply as training will be provided.
