Job Summary
You will provide welcoming, professional customer service to tenants and guests, manage inquiries and requests efficiently, support property operations, enforce security and safety protocols, and assist with Safe Deposit Box operations to ensure a safe, smooth, and positive experience.
Responsibilities
- Greet tenants and guests warmly to create a positive and personalized first impression
- Manage inquiries via phone, email, and in-person promptly and clearly to deliver exceptional service
- Respond to tenant and guest requests effectively to exceed service expectations
- Handle complaints and feedback diplomatically to improve service quality
- Support event coordination and execution while following established protocols and SOPs
- Perform property administration tasks accurately to support operational efficiency
- Maintain detailed knowledge of services, facilities, and amenities to provide accurate information
- Adapt to changing operational needs by taking on additional responsibilities proactively
- Follow SOPs and company protocols consistently while seeking service improvements
- Enforce security and access control procedures to maintain a safe environment
- Conduct regular patrols, CCTV monitoring, and surveillance with vigilance and a welcoming approach
- Verify and authorize personnel entry according to access control protocols
- Respond promptly and professionally to incidents, reporting through designated channels
- Report facility or equipment faults immediately for swift resolution
- Support fire safety protocols during drills and real incidents to ensure stakeholder safety
- Assist clients with Safe Deposit Box onboarding, account setup, and access arrangements
- Manage Safe Deposit Box inquiries by providing clear guidance on procedures and security
Required competencies and certifications
- Able to commit to daytime shift work
- At least 1 year of experience in customer service, front desk, or concierge roles
- Proficient in administrative software such as Microsoft Office
- Proven experience in security management or related field
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in security protocols and access control systems
- Ability to manage incidents and emergencies effectively
- Customer service orientation with a polished and professional demeanor
- Basic understanding of property management and administration
- Keen attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Possession of a Class 3 Driving License (bonus)
