Job Summary

Motoserv is looking for a friendly and responsible Customer Experience Ambassador to support our workshop operations and enhance the customer experience at our service centres. This role is suitable for mature workers or retirees who wish to remain active in the workforce.
This role is part of the

Motoserv Senior Ambassador Programme an initiative that provides meaningful employment opportunities for mature workers and retirees who wish to remain active in the workforce

Through this programme, Motoserv aims to support Singapore's efforts in encouraging active ageing, inclusive employment and senior workforce participation

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly upon arrival to create a welcoming environment
• Explain the benefits and details of the Motoserv membership program to customers
• Drive customers vehicles safely to nearby locations when required
• Perform short test drives on vehicles after servicing to ensure quality and safety
• Collect spare parts from suppliers as needed to support workshop operations
• Coordinate effectively between customers and the workshop team to facilitate smooth service delivery

Required competencies and certifications

• Hold a valid Singapore Class 3 driving licence
• Demonstrate safe and confident driving of customers vehicles

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Experience in the automotive industry is an advantage
• Exhibit punctuality and reliability to maintain smooth daily operations
• Show a friendly, responsible, and customer-oriented attitude to enhance customer satisfaction

Working Hours Monday - Friday

• 9: 00 AM - 6:00 PM (5-day work week)

This role allows experienced individuals to remain active in the workforce while contributing to the customer experience at our neighbourhood service centres.
