JOB SUMMARY
Reporting to the Channel Sales Lead, Local On-Trade, the Customer Development Partner (CDP), On-Trade, will be responsible for driving the sales of PRS portfolio and be directly responsible for implementing the channel commercial and trade marketing strategy established with the outlets he/she is assigned to and in the channel sub-segment he/she is assigned to lead.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Implement Strategy to grow top line & drive Consumer Engagement in L3F with Accounts managed
- Perform sales calls on contracted outlets assigned.
- Actively Prospect new outlets with a view to contract in the channel sub-segment assigned.
- Support contracts negotiations, within investment guidelines to optimize profitability for PRS.
- Drive sell-through with on-going promotions (volume, net sales, contributive margin)
- Onboard new outlets on Easy24 and ensure Easy24 adoption by all current outlets.
- Assist Sales Manager (LONT) to process backend sales claims for contracted outlets
Specific Focus on Accounts:
- Conduct quarterly business reviews with top Key Accounts identified
- Review performance and develop bespoke action plans with identified gaps/risks/ opportunities.
- Drive L3F excellence: responsible for execution of PVA plans in identified outlets through taking charge of negotiation with outlets and implementation in the L3F
- Evaluate the effectiveness of activities carried on and provide recommendations on future improvements of ROI
- Be the Internal expert of the channel sub-segment enabling planning & analysis activities
- Consolidate market intelligence on key competitors activities, consumer consumption trends in outlets, outlet opening/closing and trade news.
- Key point of liaison internally for marketing on the roll-out of brand activities: identify outlets targets for nationwide consumer promotions, key branding activities, etc.
- Key point of liaison internally with Trade Marketing on Trade Marketing Calendar of brand activities: plot promotional Calendar with the Trade and Marketing team, etc.
- Assist Channel Sales Lead in actively planning and managing A&D linked to the contracts in the channel (Cash sponsorship)
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Education & Experience
- Diploma/ Degree
- Minimum 4 years working experience
- Experience in wine or spirits sales is a must
- Good knowledge of Singapore On-Trade environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
