Job Summary
Red Dot Penguins seeks a part-time weekend Customer Call Centre Officer to provide excellent customer service and support, working primarily on weekends with flexible remote sessions.
Responsibilities
- Deliver excellent customer service by responding promptly and courteously to customer inquiries during weekend shifts
- Communicate clearly and professionally in spoken and written English to resolve customer issues and provide information
- Build positive relationships with customers using strong interpersonal skills and a pleasant, approachable manner
- Maintain reliability and commitment by consistently attending scheduled weekend shifts and fulfilling long-term work commitments
- Adapt to flexible work arrangements by attending one session weekly at the centre and completing other sessions remotely as scheduled
- Apply prior customer service or hospitality experience to enhance customer interactions and support
Required competencies and certifications
- Ability to commit to weekend shifts on a long-term or permanent basis
- Minimum 1 year of relevant customer service experience
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Experience in hospitality or customer service industries
Other Information
Working location and hours:
- Saturday and Sunday, 8:30am to 6:30pm
- One session per week rostered at the centres other three sessions flexible, including work-from-home options
Salary:
- $15 per hour (during training, $10 per hour)
