Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly and goal-oriented Customer Account Representative to manage customer accounts and ensure exceptional service delivery. You will act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and maintaining strong relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary contact for assigned customer accounts
  • Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure satisfaction
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and account details
  • Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services
  • Monitor account activity and ensure timely follow-ups
  • Collaborate with sales and support teams to meet customer needs
  • Provide regular updates and reports on account status to management

Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field
  • 1+ years of experience in customer service or account management
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Fresh Graduate welcome
