Scopes of Work:
- Prepare and process export-related documentation such as commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates, permits, and declarations
- Ensure all documents comply with Singapore customs regulations and international trade requirements
- Verify the accuracy and completeness of shipment documentation before submission
- Coordinate and support export customs clearance processes
- Monitor shipment timelines and coordinate export declarations, customs clearance, and delivery arrangements
- Liaise with freight forwarders, customs brokers, warehouses, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth operations
- Proactively track shipments and resolve any delays, discrepancies, or exceptions
- Maintain accurate shipment records and customer information within internal systems
- Ensure data integrity and completeness for all customs and logistics-related entries
- Support system updates, document uploads, and operational data management
- Adhere to trade compliance policies and Singapore customs regulations
- Assist in audits, documentation checks, and compliance reviews
- Identify areas for process improvement to enhance operational efficiency
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, International Trade, or a related field
- 1-3 years of experience in customs operations, export documentation, logistics, or international trade
- Familiarity with export declaration procedures and customs documentation
- Knowledge of Singapore customs regulations, HS codes, and trade compliance is a must.
- Experience with ERP or SAP systems
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
