The role requires continuous involvement in maintaining existing systems, implementing enhancements, and developing new features to meet client needs. Collaboration with different teams and adapting to evolving project demands are integral parts of the daily workflow, ensuring that software solutions are robust, efficient, and aligned with business objectives.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Apache Airflow.
- Experience with workflow orchestration and automation using Apache Airflow.
- Strong understanding of task scheduling, dependency management, and pipeline monitoring.
- Ability to design, implement, and maintain scalable data pipelines.
- Familiarity with Python programming and integration of Airflow with various data sources and services.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Apache Airflow.
- This position is based at our PDC2C - SEZ office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
