• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Service Management.
• Strong knowledge of software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
• Experience in designing and implementing custom workflows and integrations within ServiceNow platform.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to IT service management solutions.
• Familiarity with scripting languages and automation tools relevant to ServiceNow development.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering efficient and maintainable code.

• This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
