Summary:
We are looking for a technology leader with 12–16 years of experience across application development, system integration, GenAI/Agentic AI and technology delivery. The role will lead teams and workstreams across the SDLC, identify high-value AI and automation opportunities, translate business problems into technology solutions, and drive measurable business outcomes and ROI.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Analyze business processes and value streams to identify opportunities for GenAI, Agentic AI, automation, modernization and process transformation.
- Lead the design and delivery of application, integration, GenAI and Agentic AI solutions, ensuring effective integration with enterprise applications, APIs, databases and external systems.
- Own delivery across scope, schedule, resources, budget, dependencies, risks, quality and milestones while coordinating multiple technical teams.
- Partner with business, product, architecture and technology stakeholders to prioritize use cases, demonstrate solutions, track outcomes and drive adoption and reuse.
Professional & Technical Skills
- Strong understanding of application development, SDLC, system integration, APIs, microservices, databases, cloud applications, OOP and software engineering practices practical experience with Python and another OOP language is preferred.
- Strong understanding of GenAI/LLM and Agentic AI, including prompt engineering, agents, agentic workflows, orchestration, tool/function calling, RAG, embeddings, vector databases, semantic search and knowledge retrieval.
- Experience with Agentic AI frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI, Semantic Kernel, Amazon Bedrock Agents or equivalent, and enterprise integration patterns.
- Strong understanding of solution architecture, scalability, security, maintainability, Responsible AI, AI governance and the ability to select GenAI, Agentic AI, automation, traditional software or hybrid approaches.
Additional Information:
- Experience managing Agile delivery, project budgets, resources, risks, dependencies and multiple workstreams is required.
- Ability to define and track business outcomes and ROI metrics such as productivity improvement, effort savings, cycle-time reduction, quality improvement and cost savings.
- Experience leading PoCs, executive demonstrations, technical hiring, mentoring and capability development is desirable.
