Custody & Cash Operations Analyst (Network Management)

Location: Singapore
Contract Type: 25weeks contract
Experience: 2 to 4 Years

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Custody & Cash Operations Analyst (Network Management) to support our network management function across custody and cash agent relationships. This role combines operational due diligence, data analytics, risk governance, and stakeholder management to support agent onboarding, network optimization, and digital transformation initiatives.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical capabilities, a risk and control mindset, and the ability to collaborate effectively across multiple business and technology teams.

Key Responsibilities

Agent Onboarding & Due Diligence

  • Support Nostro and Custody agent onboarding and periodic due diligence reviews.
  • Analyse and assess RFI/RFP responses from agent banks against established evaluation criteria.
  • Coordinate and consolidate feedback from business, operations, compliance, legal, and other stakeholders.
  • Perform cost and data analysis to support network optimization initiatives.

Risk, Governance & Controls

  • Maintain agent service issue and escalation logs to support service level oversight.
  • Perform annual reviews of dormant agents and ensure compliance with internal governance requirements.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of agent legal documentation and repository inventories.
  • Support risk and control initiatives across the Network Management function.

Data Analytics & Digital Initiatives

  • Develop dashboards and management reports that provide actionable insights on cash and custody agent performance.
  • Conduct data validation, reconciliation, and reporting activities to support business decision-making.
  • Support process improvement and digitalisation initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Business, Operations, and Technology teams to deliver projects and enhancements within agreed timelines.

Requirements

Must Have

  • 2 to 4 years of experience in:
    • Custody Operations
    • Cash Operations
    • Securities Services Operations
    • Transaction Banking Operations
    • Banking Operations Analytics
    • Related financial services functions
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis and reporting.
  • Experience in data validation, reconciliation, and management reporting.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining a collaborative approach.
  • Strong risk and control mindset with attention to detail and governance requirements.

Preferred

  • Experience in Custody or Cash Operations environments.
  • Exposure to agent banks, correspondent banking, Nostro accounts, or network management activities.
  • Experience in client servicing or service delivery functions.
  • Knowledge of dashboarding and reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
  • Exposure to process automation and digital transformation initiatives.
