Curriculum & Programme Development
- Work with Management to ensure the alignment of the curriculum, teaching, and learning approaches with Centre's mission and vision, values, as well as licensing/SPARK requirements.
- Collaborate with the principal and teaching team to consistently assess and improve practices, including effective management, assessment practices, etc.
- Demonstrate understanding of Centre's bilingual (Mandarin) programme and work with Mandarin ST to ensure an effective Mandarin Curriculum Programme
- Develop & manage Enrichment programmes
Requirements:
- At least a Diploma in Teaching (ECCE)
- Excellent communication skills - spoken and written English
- Strong interpersonal skills, work with all levels of staff, professionals, parents and families, and community partners from diverse nationalities and cultures
- At least 2 years of early childhood experience and 2 years in curriculum development with the capacity to teach and implement innovative curriculum practices
